Refund Policy

Important: This refund policy applies to all Watch Tube TV subscription services and purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new subscribers to experience our service. During this trial period:

  • You can cancel at any time without being charged
  • No refunds are necessary as no payment is processed
  • Full access to all features included in your selected plan
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription unless cancelled

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (see Section 6)

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase
  • Refund amount will be prorated based on unused months
  • After 30 days, no refunds are provided except in exceptional circumstances
  • Annual subscribers who cancel receive service until the end of their paid term

4. Gift Subscriptions

For gift subscriptions purchased for others:

  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if gift has not been redeemed
  • Once redeemed, standard refund policies apply
  • Gift purchaser must request refund, not the recipient

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from using our service:

  • Contact our support team first for technical assistance
  • Refunds may be provided if issues cannot be resolved
  • Refund amount will be prorated for the affected service period
  • We reserve the right to investigate technical claims

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service unavailability due to our technical failures
  • Significant changes to service terms that materially affect your experience
  • Account access issues that cannot be resolved

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide your account information and reason for the refund request
  • Allow up to 5-10 business days for refund processing
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service (monthly subscriptions)
  • Service used beyond the applicable refund period
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
  • Content purchased or rented separately from subscription

10. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  • You may escalate the matter to our management team
  • We will review your case within 10 business days
  • Final decisions will be communicated in writing
  • Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service

11. Changes to This Policy
